If at first you don't succeed, destroy all evidence that you tried.
My determined nature tried my luck again at making the cupcake frosting that totally bombed last night. This time around, I used fresh Mascarpone cheese from Cowgirl Creamery instead of the pre-packaged one which was too watery. What a difference it made! The frosting turned out light, fluffy and Oh so yummy! I'm really happy with turn out. My friend Chao loved it so much he had 7!!!! My spirit is back up so I'm excited to try a different recipe. I even got one of those cupcake decorating kit from Sur la Table...yeay (*^_^*)
