To the soon to be late Oh-Eight

The new year is upon us. Go be that starving Artist you’re afraid to be. Open up that journal and get poetic finally. Seriously, if I can clumsily string phrases that somewhat rhymes then there's no reason you can't. Start with a Haiku. Volunteer. Suck it up and travel. The crap sandwich bail out should be making it's way out to us. The check is in the mail. You were not born here to work and pay taxes. You were put here to be part of a vast organism to explore and create. Stop putting it off. The world has much more to offer than what’s on 15 televisions at TGI Fridays. With the exception of Monday, Thursday and Sunday Night Football of course :) Take pictures. Scare people. Splurge; champagne diet on a beer budget. Shake up the scene. Fall in love with reckless abandon. Be the change you want to see in the world. You’ll thank yourself for it.
